I participated in the first session of Healing the Sister Wound with Denise. All of her preparation and attention to detail ensured that I felt safe and supported during the experience. I worked with Denise to prepare for an 11-day, 5-ceremony, ayahuasca retreat in Brazil. It was my first time doing something like this so I was excited but also very nervous. Denise was so knowledgeable about this topic and had many resources to share. To prepare for the ceremonies we worked through intention setting, mantras, and identifying my personal resources and goals. I am so grateful that I did the prep work with Denise because during the ceremonies I found myself confident in my intentions and comforted utilizing the mantras and my resources when I got nervous. I just returned from the retreat and am now working with Denise on the integration process (I will write a review about that later). Thank you Denise!
