I participated in the first session of Healing the Sister Wound with Denise. All of her preparation and attention to detail ensured that I felt safe and supported during the experience. I particularly found the integration prompts and the follow up call helpful in getting the most from my experience.
Denise is a gifted facilitator and, with her knowledge and skills, was able to assist me in exploring this work and my own blind spots.

I worked with Denise to prepare for an 11-day, 5-ceremony, ayahuasca retreat in Brazil. It was my first time doing something like this so I was excited but also very nervous. Denise was so knowledgeable about this topic and had many resources to share. To prepare for the ceremonies we worked through intention setting, mantras, and identifying my personal resources and goals. I am so grateful that I did the prep work with Denise because during the ceremonies I found myself confident in my intentions and comforted utilizing the mantras and my resources when I got nervous. I just returned from the retreat and am now working with Denise on the integration process (I will write a review about that later). Thank you Denise!

Working with Denise has been a game-changer for me.
I have been stepping more and more into a really empowering time in my life and with that comes shedding away old belief patterns and learning how to work with my nervous system in a new way. Denise has been there for me when I needed support the most. Whether it was a one on one psychedelic cannabis session to help release some stuck emotions and process some deeper insights, or a coaching session to help dissect the parts that are holding me back from the healing and next steps I need to take in my career, in my relationship and in my role as a father.
I'm very grateful to have Denise as a coach, facilitator and a friend and I believe that the work she is doing is some of the most important work we can do at this time.
